FAQs

I cannot find MCP settings.

Contact your MindBridge administrator or account team to confirm availability. MindBridge must enable MCP for your environment before you can connect.

My assistant cannot connect.

Check that you used the URL copied from MindBridge, that the assistant supports remote MCP and OAuth, and that you completed sign-in and consent.

I cannot find an analysis.

Confirm that you can access it in MindBridge and that it has completed. Ask the assistant to search by name or keyword; the recent-analysis list returns up to 50 analyses.

The assistant finds an analysis but cannot retrieve its result data.

Check that you granted analysis result data access as well as analysis metadata access. If needed, reconnect and review the requested permissions.

An answer appears incorrect or incomplete.

Ask the assistant to identify its analysis, fields, filters, and result limits, then compare the answer with MindBridge.
