  • The MindBridge MCP server operates in the same geographical region as your MindBridge environment.
  • Data returned to your assistant is processed or stored according to that assistant’s configuration and provider terms, which may involve a different region.
  • On standard contract terms, MindBridge may retain anonymized tool call inputs for 30 days, such as analysis identifiers, keyword searches, and SQL queries generated by the assistant. It does not log the analysis result rows returned to the assistant.
  • If your organization has contracted out of section 5.2 of the standard terms, MindBridge logs the names of tools called but does not log their inputs.
MindBridge does not control the assistant provider’s retention, processing locations, or subprocessors. Do not treat MindBridge logging as a complete record of what an assistant retrieved, stored, or shared. MindBridge’s existing subscriber content terms continue to apply. For customers on standard contract terms, MindBridge may retain tool call inputs in anonymized form for 30 days for maintenance and product improvement, with storage and processing in the same region as the customer’s MindBridge environment. These inputs include analysis identifiers, keyword searches, and SQL queries generated by the assistant. For customers who have contracted out of section 5.2 of the standard terms, MindBridge logs the names of tools called but does not log their inputs. Consult your organization’s agreement for the terms that apply to you. These MindBridge practices are separate from the external AI provider’s handling of retrieved data.
