Endpoints for managing engagement account groupings
An engagement account grouping is an engagement-level copy of an account grouping that is generated upon creation of a new
engagement. Subsequent changes made to the original account grouping and/or its account groups will not be copied into the
engagement account grouping, and vice versa.
